Pilates

Our day begins with a session of Pilates taken by Beth Weaver.  Beth is a Pilates, Barre and Musical Theatre Instructor.  “I strive to bring you the joy of dance, and the power of Pilates, alongside restoring a positive, joyous attachment to moving your body”.  She adds “moving your body should leave you feeling energised, focused and fulfilled”.

Self Facial Massage Masterclass

I am delighted that Alexandra Holland will be taking the Self Facial Massage Masterclass. Alexandra will show us easy moves to take back home with us, to implement in our daily skincare routine. Self massage has many benefits to include: releasing tension, relaxing our nervous system, promoting collagen production, sculpting, anti-ageing benefits, anti-stress and self love to name but a few!

Soundbath

In the afternoon and back by popular demand, Ellen Collins from Emerald Lynx will be taking us on a relaxing Soundbath meditation to end your relaxing day.  An hour of therapeutic and restorative sounds of the Tibetan bowls, helping us to deeply relax and switch off from all the noises in our heads.

You have a choice of a 60 minute spa treatments:-

The Venue

The Fintry is a retreat house set in a rural location in the Surrey Hills. The atmosphere of the house and grounds have been maintained for nearly 70 years in order to maintain its history and spirituality.

“We pride ourselves on home cooked vegetarian food. A lot of dishes are created from fresh produce from our kitchen garden”.

The well kept grounds at The Fintry are lovingly cared for and offer different spaces for contemplation or walking.

The Fintry is located in the village of Brook, which is just off the A3, via Junction 10 off the M25. There is ample parking available on site.

Trains from London Waterloo to Brook or Witley and a short taxi drive to the venue.

Cost

The day event is priced at £159, which is inclusive of all activities, food and refreshments plus your choice of a Spa treatment (excluding any additional add on treatments)
