Wellness day Retreats are set in picturesque locations. These events are scheduled to include a low-impact activity such as Yoga and Pilates in the morning, with a meditation or mindfulness session in the afternoon. In addition, there is a choice of a spa treatment of your choice for 60 minutes. Lunch and refreshments are included, and a goodby bag to take home. Downtime to either read a book, go for a walk in the grounds or just sit and have a chat with a friend.
Time out to be pampered, feel relaxed and a chance to reset.
